COMMUNITY TO COMMUNITY: POLICY EQUITY FOR ALL
TRAINING FOR PRACTITIONERS
C2C has partnered with Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (JPAL) to offer high quality trainings that help researchers, policymakers and implementers fine tune their data analysis skills, while giving a background in economics and evidence usage.
Who is this for? These dynamic working sessions will engage policymakers, researchers, and implementers across organizational levels from the Director level, who benefit from a high-level strategic understanding for managing, to the government and nonprofit staff level, who benefit from a tactical understanding for executing research evidence initiatives.
What is covered? Policymakers, researchers, and implementers will engage with case study analysis, map a study design and/or measurement plan for their own program, and present on the study design. Topics covered will enable participants to become better producers and users of research evidence.
What is the format? The trainings will be spread out over a five-week period in which participants meet virtually once a week for 90 minutes. There will also be an in-person option to help build communities of practice. Classes are limited to 20 participants for optimal engagement.
