COMMUNITY TO COMMUNITY: POLICY EQUITY FOR ALL
FOR FACULTY
City to City has partnered with the Scholars Strategy Network (SSN) to provide training for faculty seeking to form research-practice partnerships with a city agency, state department, or community-based organization. The Training Researchers to Inform Policy (TRIP) workshop is a full-day training that provides faculty with methods for policy engagement. It was formed to help researchers build relationships with policymakers and communities to turn their findings into policy changes.
This training is free to Northeastern faculty, post-doctoral students, and PhD students alike. We encourage mentoring dyads of faculty and graduate students to attend together. Our next training occurs on Tuesday, May 2nd, and will be hybrid to accommodate participants from both the Boston and Oakland campus locations.
