SOPHIE SAWYERS

Sophie is a fourth-year student pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Data Science with minors in Interaction Design and Business Administration. She is currently working as a research assistant on the Gender Dynamics and Economics Seminars project. Sophie’s primary interests include gender economics, data and information visualization, as well as UI/UX and product design. She is particularly interested in exploring the intersectionality of these disciplines and how they may be applied collectively to drive positive social change.
