Building a More Holistic Career Development System for Boston’s Youth

On leap day, the City of Boston Worker Empowerment Cabinet, Northeastern University’s C2C Impact Accelerator, and the Dukakis Center for Urban and Regional Policy hosted a day of conversations on integrating education and workforce development to create comprehensive career pathways for youth and young adults! Policymakers, educators, service providers, and academics came together alongside several of Boston’s youth to discuss how we can best serve the next generation of our workforce.
