SUMMER YOUTH JOBS PROGRAM
This summer, we have positions open on our campus for Boston teens ages 14-18 to take part in our Bridge to Calculus program and GET PAID TO LEARN. We also have a limited number of opportunities for young adults ages 19-24 to work as SuccessLink Leaders to help with program activities and serve as a mentor for younger peers.
- Online sign up form opens: March 20, 2025
- Final deadline to sign up: April 20, 2025
- All youth applicants must submit an online application to Northeastern (scroll down for link, below) to be hired and for program participation.
- All applicants must also register via BPS SchoolMint (to open in April) for the Bridge to Calculus program.
BRIDGE TO CALCULUS INTERNSHIP (AGES 14-18)
- Program runs June 25th to August 8th, 2025
- GET PAID to take part in math and enrichment classes
- Must be ages 14 to 18, Rising Juniors & Seniors receive preference, younger students need teacher recommendation
- Job length: 6 weeks
- Hours/wages: Up to 25 hours/week at $15/hour; wages are paid every two weeks. Maximum 175 hours for the summer.
- Must be a resident of the City of Boston

SUCCESSLINK LEADER LEADER DETAILS (AGE 19-24)
- Positions begin June 23rd, 2025.
- Paid employment for youth ages 19 to 24.
- Job length: 8 weeks
- Hours/wages: Up to 30 hours/week at $20.00/hour; wages are paid every two weeks. Maximum 240 hours for the summer.

Description of job opportunities
Bridge to Calculus Intern (Ages 14-18, preference for rising junior and seniors) – SIGN UP HERE
Interns will participate in Northeastern’s Bridge to Calculus (BtC) program to take and achieve in advanced math classes. The program is designed primarily for rising seniors and juniors to bridge the gap in calculus learning through a 6-week summer calculus course. Interns will receive daily instruction consisting of tests and quizzes to prepare students for college calculus. They will also participate in non-Math sessions such as physics, chemistry, biology, robotics, game programming, and financial education. BPS SchoolMint REGISTRATION FORM COMING APRIL 1st
